- Via Dunkerque - for Rapid Charge (Nissan);
- Via Lille - for Rapid Charge (Nissan);
- Via Brussels - for social and PR reasons;
- Via Marche en Famenne - for Rapid Charge;

The shortest possible route would be via 640 miles - via Reims - a much more enjoyable route through Champagen country; however, the absence of 'rapid charging' would demand a journey time of nearly a week! The route being taken by Transport Evolved (Film Crew) is via Cologne and would be around 640 miles. Their route is predicated on Nissan 'rapid charging' which may or may not be a option in a Mitsubushi.

As with all EV route planning its a question of trade-offs. Getting 'rapid charging' is paramount - but pleasure comes a quick second! Hence we are including Brussels - the Capital of Europe! It was also 'home' for us 1993-2001 - so some old friends to meet and some great photographs to be captured - time permitting!
This grapic is presented here as the route that we will be following, on WAVE 2014. There is mcuh more data on the WAVE website at:WAVE 2014 - Stuttgart (D) - Saas Fee (CH)
